Wow! I really loved the movie Veronica Guerin. The movie is absolutely stunning with top-notch graphics and visuals while Cate Blanchett deliver some award-winning performances in this movie.

I also think Gerard McSorley was great! The visuals and graphics make for some very realistic on screen special-effects but that is the beauty of the movie.When the movie wants to be funny it is funny, the same is true for when the movie needs to deliver its scary aspects.

I think Cate Blanchett and Gerard McSorley worked wonderful in Veronica Guerin. The great supporting cast includes Cate Blanchett, Gerard McSorley, Ciarn Hinds, Brenda Fricker, Don Wycherley.

You should see it, make no mistake this is a definite blockbuster!

Summary of Veronica Guerin:

Ireland's most beloved and tragic contemporary hero/martyr gets the Hollywood treatment in the fact-based thriller Veronica Guerin, an average film made recommendable for a fine performance by Cate Blanchett in the title role. The life, work, and assassination of the slain Irish journalist is respectfully chronicled in this gritty, streetwise biopic by director Joel Schumacher, beginning with her 1996 murder (by Irish gangsters) and flashing back to her diligent efforts, begun in 1994, to expose the drug trade that plagued Ireland for most of the decade. Blanchett is flawless in a role that combines passion, courage, and recklessness in a way that doesn't sugar-coat Guerin's character or imbue her with artificial heroics. Unfortunately, Schumacher (who makes room for an unbilled Colin Farrell cameo) and a naggingly unsophisticated screenplay turn Guerin's complex story into a conventionally accessible thriller that sometimes seems too good to be true, which is ironic given that Guerin's story was fictionalized in the marginally better 2000 film When the Sky Falls, starring Joan Allen. Recommendable for Blanchett's performance and two memorably villainous roles for Ciarn Hinds and Gerald McSorley, Veronica Guerin is an adequate tribute that could and should have been exceptional. --Jeff Shannon

From Marvel/Claster, the team behind Transformers and G.I. Joe, comes another action-packed wonder, INHUMANOIDS, which debuted on television in 1986. Long ago, the Inhumanoids (Metlar, Tendril and D'Compose) were defeated by the Mutores (Granites, Redwoods and Magnakor), who imprisoned the Inhumanoids under the Earth's crust until unsuspecting humans dug them up, unleashing their evil. Now, a team of scientists (Armstrong, Bright, Auger and Liquidator) called Earth Corps teams up with the Mutores to take on the Inhumanoids and stop their plans to destroy the planet.

Part 1: A preserved dinosaur is discovered in the Big Sur National Forest. The dinosaur is Tendril, a hideous creature buried during ancient times who unleashes his fury with his ally D'Compose. It is up to the Earth Corps team to stop the Inhumanoids. The team hopes to prevent the Inhumanoids from releasing the evil tyrant Metlar.

Part 2: The Earth Corps manage to subdue Tendril, but only for a short while. The Corps agree to an alliance with Sandra Shore, who will fund their efforts, but only with some underlying conditions. With the looming threat of Metlar's release, the newly formed Earth Corps go into battle and three members of the team are taken hostage by the creature.

Part 3: The members of the Earth Corps retreat into the ruins of Granite City after being nearly destroyed by the Inhumanoids. While in the ruins, the Corps meets Granok, leader of the Granites. He informs them of Blackthorne^Rs attempt to control Metlar. The Corps must split into three teams to stop the Inhumanoids from destroying the Earth and it will take every ounce of their skill to stop the evil that lies within.

Part 4: In order for Metlar to make the Inhumanoids even stronger, D^RCompose steals a raw energy source. The battle between good and evil rages on as Armstrong and the granites score a major victory when the decomposed Sandra is exposed to sunlight and transformed back to her beautiful self.

Part 5: Metlar and the Inhumanoids locate the primal energy source at a Soviet weapons depot and destroy the base and its members. In the process, they steal enough firepower to obliterate the earth. Blackthorne and Senator Masterson must approach the Corps to re-unite forces with the intention of defeating the Inhumanoids.
