Check the comments left for the user. Go for positive comments. You know you will get the stuff.

New users sell your item at price that will attract the buyer. Because you have no rating half the people will refuse to buy from you.

When you sell, send the product on time so the buyer can give you good rating.

Make sure when you post the product description matches what you are selling.

Apart from these golden rules. ebay could be an interesting place. Thousands of items are sold every minute.
